She also was a co-founder of Adaptive Management, a Tiger Management LLC fund, where she helped pioneer the use of big data analysis for fundamental long-term investments. With over a decade of experience investing in technology and consumer companies, she has deep relationships with technologists, operators and investors worldwide.
Phillip Bayt
Phillip Bayt, former Chief Managing Partner for the Indianapolis law firm Ice Miller, practiced in the firm’s Real Estate Group. He brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, gaming, finance, development, joint ventures, real estate funds, real estate taxes, workouts and foreclosures, construction law and leasing. He’s represented both for-profit and non-profit clients in significant commercial transactions.
Ron Sznaider

Ron Sznaider brings more than 20 years of experience in global cloud, environmental and software technologies. He is the founder and president of Sznaider Consulting LLC, which provides expert business advisory services. He also serves as vice chairman at DTN, the independent and trusted sourced of actionable insights for millions of customers focused on feeding, fueling and protecting the world. Additionally, Mr. Sznaider has served as executive vice present at Telvent and senior vice president at Schneider Electric. He has vast experience with mergers, acquisitions and divestments, including a $1 billion private equity transaction.

Ittai Kidron
Ittai Kidron is Managing Director and Senior Analyst covering Analytics, Collaboration, Security and Infrastructure Software at Oppenheimer and Co. Inc. In this role, Ittai has received several awards earning him top recognition for his stock-picking capabilities. He was among the first to implement environmental, social, and governance (ESG) ratings throughout his coverage universe. Prior to Oppenheimer, Ittai was an investment banker at Bear Stearns covering the telecommunications industry. He began his career at KPMG as an auditor. Ittai holds an MBA with Highest Honors from the University of Chicago and a BA in accounting and economics with Honors from the Tel Aviv University in Israel. He served for three years in the Israeli Defense Forces as a senior investigator in the Military Police.
Lacy M. Johnson
Lacy M. Johnson is a partner in Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP’s Public Affairs Strategies Group and partner-in-charge of the firm’s Washington D.C. office. He is a preeminent senior lawyer, having served on the Biden-Harris transition team, and was a member of Vice President Harris’s Midwest Finance team. He is a trusted adviser and supporter of many Congressional Black Caucus (CBD) leaders and members. In addition, Mr. Johnson has served as a director of Kemper Corporation (NYSE: KMPR) since 2016 and a director of Griffon Corporation (NYSE: GFF) since 2019.
Ashley E. Davis

Ashley E. Davis is a lead principal at West Front Strategies, a top government affairs firm she founded in 2015. There she oversees advocacy efforts for the interests of her Fortune 500 clients before the legislative and executive branches of the U.S. government.

Ms. Davis served in the White House in several capacities, including Special Assistant to Director of Homeland Security and former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge. Following her tenure at the White House, Ashley served as a managing principal on BlankRome LLP’s executive committee and managed the firm’s strategic alliances working with more than 20 international public affairs firms.
